The spare parts make it so much easier! I don't have to wait for them to dry or use a paper towel to dry the parts. Basically, this kit includes the acessories you need on the bottle. You put this toghether and crew it on the bottle. To make a functional assembly you still need 2 things that are not included: - bottle - breast shield - this is a separate item and it comes in different sizes. The ones that come with the pump are Softfit 24mm - model# 67246.
