My bras kept their shape and suffered no damage. I did NOT machine dry them, of course-I washed them in this bag, alone, on the GENTLE cycle, in COLD water. I then laid them out to dry so they kept their shape. This bag protected them perfectly, and didn't twist them or ruin their shape. Be careful-bra clasps will snag on mesh if you try to pull bras out without making sure they're not hooked first. The holes are too big and bra hooks get caught and one must disentangle them to get them out.
