Unfortunately, not all innovations have been for the best, so if you own a Braun electric razor, you should probably check out my notes here and some of the comments that have followed this review.I've had my Braun 7000 series electric razor for a long time now, and I even have the "Clean & Charge" system that flushes the heads and charges the battery. I love the thing--it helps me not have to shave with a blade every day. The problem is, these things wear down so gradually it's hard to notice when it gets bad...until you replace it. The foil is too short and does not clip to the shaver. The cutter seems fine. Contacted Braun directly to see if I had ordered the wrong parts. Braun stated that the 30B is the correct pack and shipped a free replacement pack. Received the new 30B foil and cutter pack from Braun. The foil in the new pack was the correct part. Braun customer service was great. |
